Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and how long we keep it. We collect as little as we can and delete pages when they expire.

This policy follows Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). It covers the sayAri website and the pages made on it.
What we collect
- What you put on a page: names, messages, photos, voice notes, song links and settings.
- Replies the person sends back on the page (reactions, messages).
- Your email, only for paid pages, to send your receipt and help if something goes wrong with a payment.
- Your phone number, only when paying, because our payment provider needs it for the bill. We pass it straight to them and don't keep it.
- Payment records: amount, payment method, date and the payment provider's reference number. Your bank or eWallet details go straight to the payment provider. We never see them.
- Technical data: a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, used only to stop spam and abuse. We don't store your real IP address.
- Visit counts: we count how many people visit and which parts of the site they use. Each visitor is a scrambled code that changes every day, so we can't follow anyone over time. We keep only daily totals. No cookies are used for this.
- A small cookie while you upload photos or voice notes, so only your browser can see them before the page is made. It expires after 2 days.
No account, no ads, no tracking pixels, no selling data.
We don't read your pages. We only look at a page's content if it's reported, or if you ask us for help with it.
Why we use it
- To make your page work and show it to whoever has the link.
- To process payments, send receipts and handle refunds.
- To keep sayAri safe: blocking spam, and reviewing reported pages.
- To meet legal and tax requirements.
Who can see it
- Anyone with the page link can see the page. Links are long and random so they can't be guessed, and pages are hidden from search engines. Only share the link with the person it's for.
- Our service providers, only to run sayari: Cloudflare (hosting, storage and the "are you human" check), our payment provider (CHIP or toyyibPay), and Google Fonts (loads the fonts). If you add a song, Spotify or YouTube load their own player on the page and have their own privacy policies.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
Some of these providers may store data outside Malaysia. We only use well-known providers with strong security.
How long we keep it

Your choices and rights
- Delete your page any time from your private link. Everything on it is erased straight away.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete data about you, or ask questions about this policy, by emailing sayari.help@gmail.com. We reply within 2 working days and act within 21 days.
- If you're in a photo or message on someone's page and want it removed, use "Report this page" or email us.
Security
Everything is sent over HTTPS. Private links are stored scrambled. Uploaded photos have hidden location data removed. No system is 100% secure, but if something goes wrong we'll tell affected users and the authorities as the law requires.
Children
sayAri is for people 13 and older. If you think a child has given us personal data, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Big changes will be shown on the site.
