Terms of Use

The rules for using sayari. Short version: be kind, only share what's yours, and pages don't last forever.

1. What sayAri is

sayAri lets you make a small interactive web page (a "page") for someone, for a birthday, graduation, apology and more, and send it to them as a link. You don't need an account. By making or opening a page, you agree to these terms.

2. Plans and prices

• Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and are a one-time payment per page. No subscription, nothing renews.
• We take FPX online banking, through our payment provider. We never see or store your bank or card details.
• A page nobody opens is deleted after 7 days (Free), 30 days (Plus) or 90 days (Premium).

3. Delivery

Everything is digital. Your page goes live as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within seconds, and you get the link to send straight away on screen. Nothing is shipped. If you set an unlock time, the person sees a countdown until then.

4. Your content

• You're responsible for what you put on a page: text, photos, voice notes and song links.
• Only upload photos and recordings that are yours, or that you have permission to share. Ask before posting photos of other people.
• You keep ownership of your content. You let us store and show it to whoever has the link, only so the page works.
• Songs are played from Spotify or YouTube's own players. We don't host music.

5. Not allowed

Don't use sayAri to make pages that:

• bully, harass, threaten or shame anyone
• contain hate speech, sexual content, or anything involving minors in a harmful way
• share someone's private information or photos without their permission
• scam, phish, spam, or pretend to be someone else
• break Malaysian law or someone else's rights (including copyright)

Anyone can report a page. We may hide or delete pages that break these rules, without a refund. We may also report illegal content to the authorities.

6. Your private link

After making a page you get a private link to see replies and delete it. Keep it safe. Anyone with it can manage the page, and we can't recover it for you because we only store a scrambled version.

7. Age

You need to be at least 13 to use sayari. If you're under 18, get a parent or guardian's OK before paying.

8. If something goes wrong

We work hard to keep sayAri running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. If a paid page doesn't work because of a problem on our side, see our Refund Policy. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any page is limited to what you paid for it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't affect pages you've already paid for.
